Nostalgic Afternoon....

11years! And it’s still there! Can u believe it? The tamiya shop that I used to go when I was like primary 6 is still there! Quite surprised that it didn’t close down due to all the bad times… Tamiya car haven’t really been all that popular throughout the years, but they survive and improved!. While didn’t get to see the track that I used to played on, but it sure feels nice going there once more. Kinda strange when I went in and told the person I was here like 11 years ago!? Haha.. Think they were quite stun to hear that.. Anyway.. business must have been really bad.. just buying a car base, I was offered discount twice! And I never once bargain lor… I still bought the car base because I can’t bared to dismantled the ultimate car that I assembled 11 years ago.. all these times it have been in my cupboard.. rusting away that is haha.. Still remember the times when everyone was busy with their PSLE, I will be going to that shop, trying out my new configuration on the tracks after my maths tuition in Hougang.. Did I mention that Tamiya shop is in Bishan? Just turn left at the corner after S11.. used to play with my another classmate Moses.. the one who taught me all(or maybe almost all) about Tamiya car.. how to zeng, stabilize the rollers, making my own motors… tons of stuff and we always have fun seeing cars flying out of the tracks haha.. Damn it sure was nice… Wish I could do that once more… and more nostalgic stuff after I open my letter box.. A letter from CJC? Its been 5 years since I left JC.. why will they mail me? Enclosed was a newsletter and letter from Brother Paul.. I was stun with one of the sentence.. CJC CUT OFF POINTS IS 11!!!??? WAH!!!.. Brother Paul sure is trying to make CJC back into the Top 5 after all the years of declining reputation thanks to we all know who.. But 11!!?? Wow.. and like what Yong Hua has said.. If the cut off points were that high, I might not have met all my classmates.. I might be somewhere, meeting some other people… Kinda miss all my JC classmates.. If u all are reading this, remember to leave a post in the C box K? shall look forward to our 10th anniversary gathering haha.. sound so old..
