New Year resolutions.. 2007...

15 more days and its 2007!!! Alright man... so will I be spending my Christmas and New year at home, I hope not haha.. so guys and gals.. ask me out haha..
Anyway think should stop a bit on k box haha.. after exams on the 6th till now, I went 2 times le.. and sad to say my singing still did not improve and now much of new songs to sing haha.. end up singing oldies haha.. that's nice for a change.. but its good to find so many kbox kakis haha.. cool..
Hmmm new year resolutions.. I personally think that these are for those with strong determinations.. me ah.. 50 -50 lah haha.. but still can make it I think... anyway other then writing down on a note, think posting it on a blog got another advantage, and that is friends can keep a look out for it and guide me along haha... that's what friends are for ma haha..
so here it goes..
1. Improve my CAPs.. that is a must!!..
2. Improve my Jap... it is also a must considering i'll be going japan soon... i hope..
3. do not cut my hair for 1 yr haha..or rather maintain it long ba...
4. Improve my chinese?.. must learn to recognise chinese characters or else go kbox, dun knnow how to sing the song, die... and I'm chinese? haha..
5. Hope to participate in model making competitions.. when I think I can ... Its my hobby, why not use it to make some money too haha..
6. typing on keyboard without looking at it.. right now only 85% of the time i type is without looking at the keys..
7. Erm.. look friendlier?.. think quite alot of people dao me because I look fierce?
8. Make my jokes better... have to end my friends' suffering from my jokes ma..
9. Cut down on anime.. yup its true its true.. 20 plus yrs old liao leh.. still watch meh?
10. Learn how to cook jap food.. yup going there le, must be able to cook ma, easier to buy ingredients.. haha.. I know how to cook one k!
11. Must take up one more sports... or dance? haha.. who wanna learn dancing? go together leh?
12. mug more more more.. (just saw my results.. that's why ... sad...)

Well.. that all for now.. sad.. hai.. well Life goes on and next sem will be better haha!!!

Reflection time... 2006

In a few weeks time it will be the end of 2006. It had been a fruitful and eventful year for me as well as a couple of sad memories..
Well.. lets just say for the months before May 06 had not been a very pleasant experience for me.. However it made me realise certain things and well, hope I've learn something from it... Somethings I just don't wish to talk about it anymore.. The more I say, the more agitated I'll become.. so heck lah..

Anyway the fun part begins in May.. right after my exams.. Well, went to work in CDC again, got to know new friends.. hmmm think I won't be going back there to work again because quite sian there because the work there is rather mundane.. Well, I also started my Japanese lessons.. for the records, its not because I want to know Re Ben Xiao Mei Mei( Japanese gals) that I registered for the course.. It's really my passion in Jap culture and language that I took up the course.. It's totally different experience.

Well this year is also the first time I've went back for my reservist.. One word to describe it."Sux" yup.. haha.. however the nicest thing is meeting up with my Bros in arms( not gays..) Had fun catching up the good times.. We shall meet again in Dec 07 for our high key then.. hmmm not really looking forward to it haha..

So next is Engine orientation week.. from the process of preparation to the actual thing, got to know many friends and a few crazy people haha.. shall not mention who are those people.. later they kill me how? haha.. Not to mention the K box session in the club room haha.. that's right.. We can actaully sing in the club room without the karaoke sets .. pro.. Hmmm too bad I did not really get a good chance to interact with my freshies because I was rather involved in the game stations.. no wonder when the sem starts, majority can't recognise me and "dao" me.. sob sob..

Well then Semester II was rather a happening sem because for the first time some modules actually are understandable haha.. well that is an improvement.. but still not good enough.. I realise all the foreigners and some local are smarty pants.. Wonder how they are so good.. If only I've got a fraction of their brain powers ha..

Anyway for those who do not know, I'll be going for me Student Exchange Programme in year 2007 to JAPAN!!!.. that's right JAPAN!!!.. the one dream destination that I had always wanted to go but no chance.. power!!...

Hmmm well for my BGR, relationship wise, lets just say I got a red mark on my report card ba ... Through experience, hope I'll make better choices then before.. Well some people said I've matured after the painful experience, lets just say I do understand certain things now.. Things are meant to be the way they are.. some things jsut can't be force right?.. But I still believe its fate that I'll meet the gal I like but it's up to myself to work for it at the end of day. Just hope tommorrow will be better :) Actually I think it's because of that particular sad case that I've become slightly more open in making friends and well, more willing to talk to others (craping to others to be correct haha..)So friends! Wish me luck haha.. You all don't want me to be a bachelor for ever right? haha..

Lastly, like to thanks all friends for making this year a memorable year for me. Thanks Hongyao for being such a good friend for listening to my problems and giving me advice. Thanks Zhi Chang, Meihui( aka Da Sao ha..) for giving me suggestions and listening to my craps, cold jokes and don't mind me being the light bulb now and then.. (I'll make it hotter next time.. haha..). Thanks Cheryl for the advices and studying jap together. Thanks Zixing, Wydia and Linus for the wonderful times in CDC together and not to mention the gossiping haha.. Thanks Jerome, Nenwen, Joycelyn, Fiona, Yani during the sem for answering my questions about modules, had a great time studying with you all.. To those names not mentioned here, Oweek people, Tempest 06 etc.. thanks for the wonderful memories. Last but not least thanks to those(Zixing, Cheryl, Zhichang, Da sao etc...) who went to Kbox with me and enduring my not up to superstar standard level of singing.. must be painful to listen to me sing right? haha.. I'm not trained so too bad lah haha.. So that concludes my reflections for 2006 .. hope I did not miss out anything.. Folks.. remind me if i miss out anything hor...

Also to my family members, 奶奶﹐my Uncle and Aunts, my cousins and my niece Rui Anne.. thank you for everything(especially my cousins for persuading my parents to let me go to Japan) though we do not have our 爺爺 anymore, but we still got our 奶奶.. so treasure her.. as the saying goes.. 家有意老如有一寶。。。
